I remember writing about making an obi inspired belt a few weeks (or days) ago, true to my word, here it is. It is made of blue black denim that has been processed so it looks like it is wrinkled. The material is quite tough. I used aqua colored thread to play up the black in the fabric.It was quite fun making this one, I am suddenly wanting to make smaller ones to use as a headbands. We'll see how that one goes.
Front and back view shown in photos. When I saw how it looked from behind, I thought that it is cool how it is exacto for me plus it hides the fish and (plateful of) chips I had for lunch pretty well. Hahaha.
